About Me

Corinne Pierce

Corinne (RYT 500) holds a safe space for students to explore their own unique yoga practice. She specializes in private yoga and offers a variety of group classes.

I have always had a passion for holistic health and wellness that led me to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Franklin Pierce University. I discovered the practice of yoga during a particularly stormy period of my life and I knew I needed something to help me through it. This healthy coping skill soon became my life’s passion. After witnessing first hand the transformative role yoga had in my own life, I was inspired to share this incredible practice with others! I received my YTT 200 from Harmony Yoga School in Cape Cod in spring of 2021 and began to devote all my energy to teaching yoga full time. I plunged deeper into my teaching practice in Winter 2022 when I received my 300 hour YTT from Nexxus Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica.

I love to share lots of options throughout your practice, encourage each yogi to do what feels right for them, and establish an environment that allows for students to feel as comfortable as possible. My intention is to hold space for students as they explore their unique yoga practice and self growth journey.

Currently, I teach both group and private yoga at several different studios in the New Hampshire region including Keene, Peterborough, and Antrim. I specialize in many different styles such as Vinyasa, Restorative, Gentle, Beginner, and Slow Flow. I offer supportive hands on assists in most of my classes- a chance for students to safely deepen their practice. I enjoy sharing yoga as so much more than just physical movement. We explore the more subtle layers of mindfulness and yogic philosophy to create a well rounded experience that transcends the mat.

When I am not on my mat, I can be found out in nature, reading, or whipping up a vegan recipe!
